Events list
Founded in 2011, Quire Voices is a semi-professional chamber choir providing experienced singers with an opportunity to perform a diverse range of musical styles. Directed by Sean Bui, they deliver high-quality, engaging performances in and around Windsor through a range of concerts, special events, and services.
Previous performance highlights include: working with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The Heroes Band, and CORO Chamber Choir; a special Jubilee concert as part of a massed choir at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle with Orpheus Sinfonia; and working with The Band of the Household Cavalry to commemorate the outbreak of the First World War, which was broadcast on Classic FM.
Quire Voices regularly performs as part of the Windsor Festival, and this September collaborated with the Orpheus Sinfonia to perform Matthew Coleridge’s Requiem alongside some of their favourite choral gems. Last year saw Quire Voices once again join forces with the Orpheus Sinfonia, alongside Spelthorne Choral Society and West Sussex Philharmonic Choir to perform The Dream of Geronitus at St. George’s Chapel, with performances from soloists Ed Lyon, Helen Charlston, and Gareth Brynmor John. The concert was attended by HRH Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh.
