Alumni Showcase Masterclass 2026

This year's QuoLux™ Alumni Showcase Masterclass is all about Employee Engagement.

We'll be launching Issue 6 of our award-winning Leading magazine, in which more than 30 of your fellow alumni share what they've learned about culture, behaviour and shaping values, skills matrices, training and having difficult conversations.

During the day we'll explore how building skills across teams and departments strengthens the whole organisation, look at what makes workplace wellbeing a meaningful part of engagement and share the findings of our own impact survey.

New for this year, we're finishing the day with round table conversations, moving between tables so you can swap ideas with alumni you know, meet those you don't know yet, and welcome our newest cohorts and delegates.
