Rachel and Holli at Seil Community Hall

Rachel and Holli are an exciting up-and-coming duo on the Scottish traditional music scene.  

Originally from Argyll, they first started playing music together in 2016. Now based in Glasgow, the duo draw on their shared musical experiences to create a fresh sound blending accordion, piano, fiddle and vocals. Their music weaves original compositions with traditional melodies through immersive arrangements that highlight texture and interplay. This distinctive style won them a ‘Danny’ in the Danny Kyle Open Stage at Celtic Connections 2026. Passionate about sharing their music in community spaces, Rachel and Holli are known for creating intimate, welcoming performances. Join them on Friday, 20th November at Seil Community Hall for an afternoon of music, laughter, and connection.

Lora is a Scottish singer, songwriter and musician from Oban with a passion for traditional folk music, country music, songwriting and live performance. As a guitarist and vocalist, she has worked as both a solo performer and session musician, contributing guitar, keys and vocals to a range of recording projects. Alongside performing, Lora is focused on developing her own original music, blending heartfelt songwriting with influences from Scotland’s rich musical heritage and the storytelling traditions of country music. Whether on stage or in the studio, she brings warmth, authenticity and a genuine love of connecting with audiences through music.
