Devon Weekend Retreat

Middle Coombe Farm Retreat - An Extended Weekend of Iyengar Yoga in the Devon Countryside

Join Rachel Lovegrove and Hannah Lovegrove for their annual long weekend of Iyengar Yoga at Middle Coombe Farm, a beautiful 16th-century estate set within 400 acres of peaceful Devon countryside. With small group numbers and a relaxed rhythm to the days, this retreat offers the opportunity to step away from daily demands and immerse yourself in practice, nature and quiet reflection.

We do recommend that you have a regular practice of yoga before attending any retreat or extended workshop, so that you can get the best out of your experience. If you book far enough in advance, you have time to attend classes and get some practice in! To find an Iyengar Yoga teacher near to you, visit www.iyengaryoga.org.uk or contact us for more information.
