Chepstow Welsh Racing Festival RC Event (Friday 9th October)

Join us at Chepstow Racecourse on Friday 9th October 2026 for a fantastic day of racing at the Welsh Racing Festival.

Racing Club members and their guests will have access to our private heated marquee, offering trackside views of the racing and a dedicated base to enjoy the day.

Your ticket includes:

• Admission to Chepstow Racecourse
• A complimentary racecard
• Access to our private heated marquee with trackside views of the racing
• Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day

The marquee will also have betting facilities and a bar to purchase soft/alcoholic drinks. 

Members can purchase up to four tickets, giving you the opportunity to bring friends or family along to enjoy the day with you.

Further information, including timings and meeting details, will be sent to ticket holders ahead of the event.

Please note: Tickets are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your tickets

We will be operating a guest list for this event, so you will not receive a ticket in advance.

On arrival at Chepstow Racecourse, please make your way to the Gate 4 Hospitality Entrance, where there will be a dedicated redemption point. Your name will be checked against the Racing Club guest list and you will then be issued with your admission ticket, complimentary racecard and swing badge for access to the Racing Club marquee.

What is the dress code?

The dress code within the Grandstand & Paddock enclosure is relaxed. However, sporting team shirts and fancy dress that may be deemed offensive are not permitted.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Racing Club or Chepstow Racecourse.
