Sound Healing Contraindications:

• Pregnancy (especially during the first 12 weeks)

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders

• Implanted medical devices (e.g. pacemakers, stents, shunts, or DBS)

• Recent surgery (before sutures are removed and wounds fully healed)

• Acute inflammation, tumors, thrombosis, or open wounds

• Carotid atherosclerosis or vascular conditions

• Severe depression, anxiety, or psychiatric conditions under medical treatment

• Inflammatory joint, vein, or skin conditions

• Neurological conditions such as polyneuropathy, hemiparesis, or post-stroke rehabilitation

Face Yoga & Gua Sha Contraindications:

• Facial surgery (recent or healing)

• Active acne, rosacea, eczema, or skin infections on the face

• Severe TMJ (jaw joint disorders) unless cleared by a professional

• Fillers, Botox, or other cosmetic injections (within the last 2–4 weeks)

• Skin that is hypersensitive or undergoing dermatological treatments

• Any medical condition where facial massage is not advised
