Autumn Qi Gong with Sophie
A warm, welcoming class to increase vitality, reduce stress and calm the mind. Each class will include warm-ups and stretches before moving into gentle flows. We will end with an integrating meditation. You may wish bring a cushion, mat or blanket for increased comfort during the meditation.
