The Museum is an award winning, volunteer run, visitor attraction which offers an enjoyable and informative day out for the family. Housed in the original Grade II listed 1942 radar operations building, the Museum provides a unique window into the history of radar covering the period of WWII to the Cold War in addition to the exhibition spaces, offers the visitor a wide range of facilities.
Access requirements:
The ticket is an annual ticket, so you can come and go as you wish. Disabled access is available to most of the building and there are disabled parking spaces and toilets.
There are some areas though that are not accessible by wheelchair. due to the nature of the building which was a 1942 operational site.
Volunteers are on hand to assist with accessing much of the museum, a guide book to the museum will be given to visitors on entry.
Conditions of sale:
Please be ready to show your ticket on arrival (either on your mobile phone or as a print-out).
If you are re-visiting on an annual ticket, you will need to show the original ticket as well as the new ticket.
Returns policy:
As the ticket is an annual ticket, the ticket is nonrefundable. Visitors can rebook for another time using the ticketing system.
