Many of us spend years trying to change what is happening on the surface of our lives, only to discover that the roots lie deeper.
The challenges we face in relationships, purpose, confidence, wellbeing, or abundance are not always personal. Sometimes they are connected to family stories, inherited beliefs, or unconscious loyalties that once helped us belong and stay safe.
Family & Systemic Constellations invites us into the Knowing Field—a space where what has been hidden can emerge into awareness. Through the wisdom of the group, new perspectives become possible, creating opportunities for greater flow, choice, and alignment in our lives.
When you enter the space
Arrive gently, settle into the group and connect heart-to-heart with the others in the space. Share intentions and be inspired by others' authentic stories. This in itself can bring healing shifts.
Roots & Ancestral Connection
Through sound, song, and ancient practices, we honour our roots, invite support from our ancestors, create safety and deepen our sense of belonging.
Tuning into the Field
Five participants (one on Saturday and four on Sunday) can explore an issue or intention to be worked with in the group. Others may represent a family member or a concept, bringing it to life like a theatre play in front of you—revealing fresh insights and opening paths to change, often through new perspectives. Even as a witness, you’ll receive valuable reflections. It's a powerful way of bringing feelings and unconscious patterns alive and to the surface, where they can be worked on in a safe environment.
🕊 Closing & Integration
We end with a group sharing, rest, journaling and sound healing to help you process and ground the experience. Integration is key, and if anyone feels they need a call afterwards, this is included in the price.
Join a Community of ongoing support
After attending you will have a chance to join a community of other people that have attended healing workshops, classes as a way of feeling held through what can sometimes be very deep healing experiences.

MEET THE FACILITATORS
Rafe Nauen has been working in this field since 2002, supporting individuals, couples, and families to create meaningful change in their lives. As a hypnotherapist, family counsellor and Family Constellation facilitator, he brings a deep, experiential approach that looks beyond surface symptoms to the underlying patterns that shape our experiences.
Alongside his client work, he also trains and mentors others, helping practitioners develop confidence, clarity, and skill in their own work. His approach is practical, grounded and respectful, combining therapeutic insight with real-world application.
Whether working 1-1, with groups, or in training settings, his focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where lasting shifts can happen. Over the years, he has seen how even small changes can lead to profound transformation, and this continues to inspire and guide the work he offers.

Maria Tjader is a Mother, Mentor, Life Guide, Empowerment Coach, Trauma-informed Therapist, Sound & Energy Healer.
She has 16 years experience helping others privately and in groups, touching the lives of over a 1000 people and hosting 200+ classes, workshops and events.
She is qualified in Swedish Full Body Massage, Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Angelic Reiki, Life Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) & Matrix Re-imprinting, Theta Healing, Sound Healing, Authentic Relating and Systemic Constellations/Ancestral Healing. She has been participating in Shamanic Ceremonies for the past 14 years, and draws on this knowledge to inform her work.
