Loughborough Santa Run- Christmas Market

Join us in the heart of Loughborough for a joyful, festive day!

The annual Loughborough Santa Run welcomes over one thousand runners and their supporters to celebrate the Christmas season while raising vital funds for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. Our stall holders help bring the event to life, creating a magical atmosphere with delicious food, handmade crafts, and unique gifts. With Santa’s Grotto and live entertainment, it’s the perfect chance to showcase your products, connect with the community, and share plenty of Christmas cheer.

Stall Holder info

• Stall places are limited and will be selected in order to provide a varied selection of goods to buy.
• All stalls are outside. Each stall will be provided with one covered market stall measuring either 10x5ft or 10x4ft. There will be no power available.
• The cost is £50 per stall.
• Stall holders are able to promote their attendance at the event through business websites and social media channels.
• Stall holders must provide the following documentation: Public liability insurance; Risk Assessment (a simple risk assessment template can be provided if needed), and Food Hygiene (if selling consumable goods).

Application Process

1. Apply now to request a stall.
2. Stalls will be reviewed and allocated by the end of the summer.
3. We will request confirmation of your documents and once received, we will request payment.
4. Your place and full event details will then be confirmed.
