We are beyond thrilled to announce that Mercury Award Nominee Nadine Shah will be performing at this year’s Ramsgate Festival of Sound.
Nadine will be playing her critically acclaimed album "Kitchen Sink" in full at the Winterstoke Gardens Sun Shelter on the evening of September 4th. Tickets for the event are on sale NOW.
“There is no other artist in the country I would rather have headline this year’s event. Nadine fights tirelessly for the rights of artists and music creators and her performance will blow us all away!” said festival Director Andrew Gibson.
As well as being the headline act, Nadine will be the festival’s first-ever Ambassador. This sees her working closely with the event’s producers and local organisations to provide mentoring and creative support for those involved in music and the local arts.
“This will be the second and possibly last time we play Kitchen Sink in full. Ramsgate is my new home and there’s nowhere I’d rather see out the summer than there on the cliff tops with you all.” Nadine said.
Assisted seating: Please only purchase seated tickets if you will have difficulty standing throughout the event as these are limited. No proof of disability is required but please be considerate to the needs of others.
Doors 6pm.
Stay tuned to hear about our brilliant support artist which will be announced soon.
NB We are constantly watching the latest government Covid guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.
