We're pleased to welcome back Chef Julian Brown, who helped us launch our kitchen space back in July.

Julian returns with a five-course menu showcasing seasonal British ingredients, bold flavours and live-fire cooking.

Seaweed Sourdough
Whipped cultured butter, linseed togarashi

Cured Chalk Stream Trout
Fennel kraut, horseradish buttermilk, dill oil

Charcoal-Grilled Confit Carrot
Creamy masala, tamarind & sultana purée, almond dukkah

Coal-Grilled Pork Collar
Romesco, charred hispi cabbage, cider-glazed shallot, pork jus

Burnt Lime Cheesecake
Green chilli jelly, crème fraîche sorbet

£50 per person for the five-course menu only. £80 with wine pairing

A non-meat option can be requested. Please let us know when booking if you would prefer this or have any dietary requirements.
