Field Notes: RASA dining at 18 Iliffe Yard
Field Notes focuses on the concept of communal dining, techniques of aging and fermentation with seasonal organic produce spun into a comforting meal.
18 Iliffe Yard is the sister space of Provision, Bermondsey.
18 Iliffe Yard is a multi-disciplinary studio situated within the 19th c. cobbled streets of Pullens Yards, and born from a love of garments, ceramics, furniture and flooring.
We are delighted to announce our first pop-up with RASA dining.
Rasa in Sanskrit, literally means "essence, taste or distillation of flavour." RASA dining creates moments to gather, dine and converse. They're inspired by the seasons, various cultures, cooking vessels and tactile crafts. Meals are meant to be convivial, bread is meant to be broken, and time savoured.
This edition of Field Notes is limited to 20 spaces, so don't hesitate to make a booking.
The meal will be a five course menu with wine pairing optional.
Menu will be shared soon, but for some teaser dishes, we have the starting course: Wintered vegetable consomme, spelt flatbread with brown butter, mixed grains & celeriac-onion puree.

Another course will be 'Cellar aged turnips', beef tendon furikake, and boiled-peanut emulsion- inspired by the aging and preservation techniques of 19th c. America.
