Good football coaches understand how to create excellent training session for their players. Great coaches understand how to link them to something bigger. They link sessions to a wider curriculum, ensure they support age-appropriate development, and fit the long-term journey of the player.

This short course is for ambitious youth coaches working in academy or grassroots football who want to move beyond copying ‘drills’ and start designing sessions with real purpose. You’ll explore how to create training that is engaging, effective, and connected to clear developmental outcomes.

⚽ Building a balanced training diet with the right session types
🆚 Explore unopposed vs opposed, isolated and game-based practices
