Important details to note before booking your seat:

Booking of Tickets

As part of our safe distancing measures, the Sanctuary will be split in to Zone A (Elevator Access) and Zone B (Stairs Access). If you or your companion require the use of the elevator, please book a seat in Zone A. 

For everyone else, please select tickets in Zone B. If that’s all taken up, you may proceed to select tickets in Zone A.

If you would like to use the cry room, please book a seat in Zone B. 

On Service Day

When you arrive:

1. Proceed to our registration counter at the carpark 
2. Show your booking confirmation (either digital or hardcopy)
3. Get your SafeEntry and temperature checked by our friendly ushers 
   
4. Follow the directions to your zones either via the elevator (Zone A) or the stairs (Zone B)
