"You can become a Communist only when you enrich your mind with a knowledge of all the treasures created by mankind."
- Lenin

Welcome to the first London Marxist School! This will be a winter school, taking place on the weekend of 21st-22nd February 2026.

Over the course of two days, we will be sharpening the most important weapons in our arsenal: the ideas of Marxism. These ideas enable us to make sense of the world in which we live, how the capitalist system works and its historical origins and development, and ultimately how to overthrow it.

As a guide to revolutionary action, Marxism has withstood the test of history. The Bolshevik party of Lenin and Trotsky, built upon the foundation of Marxist theory, showed in practice how the working class can overthrow its exploiters, take power into its own hands, and begin the tasks of the socialist revolution.

As we continue to grow the forces of communism in Britain and internationally, building the RCP will require of all revolutionaries an in-depth understanding of these ideas. The purpose of this school is to give communists the tools required to ensure our success.

Below is the agenda for the school. A study guide can be found here.
