Our Reset Workshop gives you dedicated time to take stock, review your progress, plan intentionally for the new year and unwind alongside friendly, like‑minded people.

For a deeper experience, the Reset Retreat - Night Away, offers an evening of light games, informal networking, relationship building and a quiet time to unwind. The overnight stay includes access to the gym, and sauna, with optional spa treatments to elevate your reset.
