Reaper Events and Live from the Church are proud to announce DURAN: Planet Earth’s ULTIMATE tribute show to DURAN DURAN!

Now in their second decade since forming, DURAN are the UK’s premier 5 piece tribute to Duran Duran.  Performing to audiences throughout the UK and Europe, winning new friends along the way, DURAN pride themselves on paying respectful homage to authentically recreating the live sound and onstage energy of the Wild Boys of pop rock!

As the ‘go to’ Duran Duran tribute show, DURAN offer a cocktail of timeless classics from the band’s earliest hits of the 80’s all the way up to the present day, spanning their successful 40 year long career! From Planet Earth, Girls On Film, Hungry Like The Wolf, Rio and The Wild Boys – to their 90’s comeback single, Ordinary World, and 2015’s offering, Pressure Off, produced by famed hit maker Mark Ronson, DURAN have got it covered!

Supporting DURAN will be local electronic Duo Fantastique!  

Fantastique are a Synth, Electropop, New Romantic and Club Dance covers group based in Weston-super-Mare. Playing in music from the 80s and 90s made famous by various artists such as Depeche Mode, Prodigy, Prince, Adamski, Human League, Erasure, Pet Shop Boys, Yazoo, Basement Jaxx, ABC, among many, many more.

Fantastiques members are: Jordan (Vocals and Guitar), and Matt (Keyboards, Synths, Analogue Drum Machine, and Backing Vocals). All of our backing tracks are homemade and produced by Matt in his home studio for that niche touch combined with high energy.

This will all take place in St Paul's Church, a beautiful church with amazing acoustics just outside Weston-super-Mare town centre. Plenty of parking in the grounds and around the venue, which is very safe and secure for all our guests.

We'll have a fully stocked bar serving beers, lagers and spirits at great prices and we are hoping to have food available at this event - more details will be made available closer to the time.

This event will be a standing gig with a limited number of seats located towards the back of the venue for those who would like to sit before, during or after the performances - your choice!

This is a standing show so please bear this in mind although we will be offering a seated viewing area or space for wheelchair users.  If you need more space, such as you are a wheelchair user we'll have lots of room but if you could let us know before hand that would help.  If you arrive at the event without informing us, we will do our best to allocate you, but in all cases we would request that you bring proof of disability in the form of either your DLA entitlement, PIP's, Blue Badge or Access Card. Please contact us prior to any of our events if you have a Personal Assistant so that we can issue you with a free ticket for them.
