Poole Farm Bircham Eco Lodge Sound Bath- July

For the first time in a NEW space Jem from RebalanceU is offering a one hour reset in a beautiful Eco Lodge designed to submerge you into nature. 

This sound bath is all about breathwork, meditation and sound to truly reset the nervous system and give you the opportunity to clear your mind, open your heart and decompress. 

Please bring whatever you feel you might need to be comfortable laying on the floor. Please follow the directions below for parking and keep your eye on the socials for updates.
