Private Sound Bath at Hemerdon

You will be warmly invited into the space to chat and take your time to settle into the space. Once comfortable a collection of Sounds will wash over you with a focus on the tones of the crystal bowls to relax your nervous system and a gentle build of the Moon Gong. This is sure to send you off into a deep restorative state. The awakening will be gentle with an opportunity (weather permitting) to see the sun set on the decking. 

Please bring with you anything you feel you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. Also feel free to wear your comfy pjs or clothes to fully allow comfort and you can return home relaxed ready for dinner and bed.
