Join me for an hour relaxation in the lovely Oreston Church Hall. This is opposite the cafe and hair dressers. This is a gentle sound bath enabling you to fully relax and reset your nervous system into a state of rest.
Please leave enough time to find parking in the area and also please be mindful of parking in the area for the residents.
