We’ll begin with a deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and calming sounds to create space for rest, stillness and quiet reflection. There’s nothing you need to do — simply get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you.

After the sound bath, we’ll move outside onto the decking and continue the experience with a warm cup of carefully selected herbal tea.

Take your time. Breathe in the fresh air. Feel the warmth of the cup in your hands. Enjoy the quiet, the surroundings and the simple pleasure of not having anywhere else to be.
