Premium Sound Bath

✨ Come away from it all with a Premium Sound Bath ✨

Give yourself permission to pause, switch off and simply be.

My Premium Sound Bath offers a longer, deeply immersive session, giving you extra time to settle into stillness and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations to wash over you.

You’ll have the option of getting comfortable on a blown-up camping mattress, creating a cosy, supported space where you can truly relax and let go. Bring a blanket, get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to be gently carried through the experience.

And when the sound bath comes to an end, there’s no need to rush straight back into everyday life.

Stay awhile.

Enjoy a warm cup of tea and some biscuits, take a moment to breathe, chat if you wish, or simply sit quietly and savour that peaceful feeling for a little longer.

This is more than a sound bath it’s a chance to step out of the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling rested, grounded and gently renewed.

🌿 A longer session.
🧘 A little more comfort.
☕ Tea & biscuits.
✨ Time to relax before returning to your life.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling lighter.

You deserve the time to slow down.
