🍂 Nature & Sound: The Autumn Pause 🍂
Sunday 15 November | Rowe Hall, Sparkwell
As autumn settles in and the year begins to draw inward, we’re inviting you to join us for a gentle afternoon of slowing down, letting go and making space for rest before the busyness of the festive season begins.
Nature & Sound: The Autumn Pause is a three-hour wellbeing afternoon designed to give you permission to pause.
We’ll begin with a guided seasonal wellbeing session inspired by the rhythms of autumn — taking time to arrive, reflect, notice and reconnect. Through gentle grounding, autumn-inspired sensory mindfulness, personal reflection and a simple letting-go ritual, we’ll explore what we may be ready to release and what we would like to protect and make more space for in the quieter months ahead.
There is no pressure to share anything with the group; the time is yours to reflect in whatever way feels right for you.
We’ll then pause for tea, cake and a little time to connect before settling in for a deeply restful hour-long sound bath with Jem, allowing the body and mind to soften even further.
We’ll finish the afternoon gently together before heading back out into the world.
🍁 The afternoon will include:
• Guided grounding and seasonal reflection
• Autumn-inspired mindfulness and sensory practice
• Space to consider what you need less of, more of, and what you want to protect
• A gentle letting-go ritual
• Tea and cake
• A one-hour immersive sound bath
• A quiet closing together
No previous experience of meditation, mindfulness or sound baths is needed.
Come exactly as you are. This is simply an invitation to step away from the noise for a few hours, follow nature’s lead, and give yourself some space to slow down, release and rest. Please bring whatever you feel you need to be comfortable in the space.
