Energy Cleanse Sound Bath

ENERGY RESET

A Winter Shamanic Cleansing & Sound Journey

As winter settles in and the festive season approaches, give yourself permission to pause, release and reset. This session is not for the faint hearted. If you have ever felt the need to cleanse and renew your energy, to release as though something is holding you back then this is for you.

Join us for a nurturing energy cleanse using shamanic tools, healing sounds and vibration to support the release of stagnant energy, restore balance and reconnect with your inner light.

This is a space to put down what you've been carrying, quiet the noise of everyday life and create room for a lighter, brighter energy as you move into the festive season.

Release what feels heavy. Reclaim your energy. Welcome the season with an open heart. Drums, energy cleansing tools, and sacred meditations will be used.

Please bring whatever you feel you need to be comfortable laying or sit and we recommend a restful evening to follow after the session.
