ReCAST Mecklenburg (Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma) is a 5-year grant awarded to Mecklenburg County Public Health Department by the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

ReCAST facilitates community-based approaches that improve trauma-informed care and resilience for systems, organizations and communities in the priority health area.
