Consumer Consent Engagement Day

RECCo is hosting an in-person Consumer Consent Engagement Day, bringing together industry, policy, technical and consumer experts to help shape the future of the Consumer Consent Service (CCS).

This event is designed to support meaningful collaboration ahead of the CCS Design Consultation, giving participants a clear understanding of the proposals and the opportunity to influence how consumer consent is designed and delivered across the retail energy market.

We will be holding interactive sessions on four key areas:

• Policy and consent design
• Technical design and delivery
• User experience and consumer outcomes
• Governance and next steps
