This month will focus on Language Justice! Connect with local orgs serving non-English-speaking and deaf/hard-of-hearing communities in Austin, and learn from a panel of language access advocates as they discuss barriers and solutions to climate emergency preparedness, services, and the safety of immigrants. Free snacks and drinks provided. We hope to see you there! See note below before you RSVP.

Note: Each panelist will speak in their preferred language, while interpreters translate for the audience. Every attendee will be offered a headset to gain a deeper understanding of navigating an environment where the dominant language is not their own.
