This 5-month NVC Deepening Immersion Program is a transformative journey designed to support you in embodying Nonviolent Communication more fully—in your relationships, your work, and your inner life.

Through retreats, workshops, and weekly empathy practices, you’ll learn to ground NVC in everyday experience while developing the depth, confidence, and presence needed to share it with others.

Special support will be available for participants who wish to move toward CNVC trainer certification.

Program Highlights

• 3 Retreat Weekends
  • one in Vancouver and two in Nanaimo.
  • The final retreat is a residential immersion (we will sleep on site) close to Nanaimo, where we’ll live and learn together for 3 nights in a beautiful natural setting. The event will be held at the Reverie: https://www.thereverievancouverisland.com/thespace
• Weekly Empathy Buddy Calls
  Build consistency and connection through 1-on-1 empathy practice.
• 4 Additional Workshops
  2 online and 2 in-person workshop between retreats for continued learning and integration.
• One 45 min personal coaching call with one of the trainers

January

• Retreat 3 – Integration (Lantzville, Vancouver Island)
  January 14-17 2027- A residential closing retreat, living NVC together for 3 full days. Starting Thursday January 14 at 5pm until Sunday Jan 17 at 4:30pm.

Intentions

This program is designed to:

• Cultivate a high-quality learning community rooted in empathy and authenticity.
• Facilitate deep NVC learning through immersive practice and feedback.
• Support integration of NVC into everyday communication and self-connection.
• Offer mentoring for aspiring Certified Trainers (optional coaching support).

This is more than a training — it’s an invitation to live NVC. Through real relationships, emotional depth, and joyful learning, you’ll strengthen your ability to bring empathy and compassion to every area of life.

Financial contribution

1. Base Tuition – NVC Deepening Immersion Program

Includes:

• 3 in-person retreat weekends (one residential)
• Accommodation for the third residential retreat. For the first two retreats, you are responsible for your own accommodation. We will help you find affordable options, including being hosted at someone who is part of the program. The third retreat will be on the mainland within 1.5h from Vancouver.
• 4 online or in-person workshops
• Weekly empathy buddy calls
• 1 individual 45-min coaching call
• All program materials and facilitation

🌱 2. Certification Path Add-On

For participants who wish to work toward CNVC Trainer Certification. We are not assessors but would like to support you in your path towards sharing NVC, wether you want to become certified or not.

We offer and add-on to the regular program that contains:

• 5 additional 45-min coaching sessions (1 per month)
• Personalized feedback and mentoring
• Guidance on CNVC certification documentation and mentorship steps

Add-on price: $600 CAD

3. Payment Options

To reserve your spot:
A $400 non-refundable deposit is required at registration. This will be applied toward your total tuition.

To make the program more accessible and ease the commitment barrier, offer three ways to pay:

Option A – One-Time Payment (most affordable)

• Pay in full upon registration and save $100. For the standard tuition, it would be $400 at registration, and $1750 to pay in full.

Option B – Monthly Plan

• 5 monthly payments (from September to January).
  Example:
  • $400 reservation fee
  • $370/month for standard tuition
  • $120/month add-on for certification path

Option C – Custom Payment Plan

• We are happy to discuss personalized payment schedules to make this journey accessible to you.
