NVC Online Study Group

You have done some NVC training but would need support to continue integrating it in your life? Join our study group!

The study group will always start by a session of 2 by 2 empathy, and then we will explore the theme of the day through exercises and conversations.

During each session, we will dive into one skill of NVC from the Pathway through liberation created by Jacob Gotwals, Jack Lehman, Jim Manske and Jori Manske.

Next sessions, 5 to 7pm Pacific Time:

Sept 23- Postponed

Oct 7- Honest self-expression : we will explore how to express ourselves with vulnerability, holding everyone's needs as precious; with openness to outcome.

Oct 21- Sharing power : We will develop awareness around power dynamics in relationships, how to value everyone's needs with mutuality and respect and transcend submission and rebellion.

Nov 4 - Requests consciousness: We will practice how to ask for what one wants, with openness to any response; not attached to any particular outcome.

Nov 18 - The art of observations: We will practice noticing (and possibly describing) our sensory and mental experiences, and distinguishing these experiences from the interpretations we ascribe to them.

Dec 2- Exploring shame: We will explore the impact of shame in our lives and how to transform our shame into self-acceptance.

Dec 18 - Transforming conflict with creativity: We will explore how creativity can support us into brainstorming strategies that tend to the needs of all the people involved in the conflict.

HOW IT WORKS

Commitment: You can drop in or register for 5 sessions. To create a sense of continuity of working together, I suggest people to register for 5 sessions at a time that will be like a punch card. You will also save money compared to registering for one at a time. 

You will receive the Zoom link upon registration. The session are highly interactive using break out rooms and allowing lots of space for life examples.

Cost: I want to host those event so that everyone who wants can participate. Please talk to me if you would like to explore special arrangement. No one will be turned away because of money.
