Full Moon Circle

Join us for a cosy & intimate evening created to help you slow down and release anything you no longer wish to carry under the energy of the full moon in. We will begin with drinking ceremonial cacao & choosing oracle cards moving into some relaxing breathwork and meditation. There will be time for guided journaling intention setting and an optional sharing circle allowing you to reflect and connect with others. We will then rake part in a beautiful letting go ceremony to close. There is an option to book the community sauna session at 8pm after the event finishes. PLEASE NOTE: Wear comfy clothes & Layers to be cosy. Bring a blanket and cushion for comfort also a water bottle journal & pen. The cacao will be made with oat milk, honey & cinnamon. Please let Nicole know if you do not wish to have cacao prior to the evening. Those who are using the sauna after please bring 2 towels, 1 to sit on and 1 to dry yourself, remember to come in your swimwear underneath as there is only 1 toilet to change. Bring a dry robe or dressing gown/pjs if you wish to change for after and sliders or sandals/slippers.
