This program is designed for those who have already embarked on their transformative path through The Portal, the Reconnective Healing® Training Program, The Reconnection® Program, and have achieved to being Credentialed to facilitate Reconnection.

Step into Leadership: The Mentor Training Program

Mentor Training Level I - Private via ZOOM:

Your mentoring journey begins with personalized, one-on-one sessions with a qualified instructor. These sessions are tailored to assess and establish your professional readiness. You will receive guidance on:
- Office Setup: Establish a professional environment with a comprehensive office setup report.
- Promotional Materials:Enhance your professional image with polished business cards, websites, brochures, and client intake forms.
- Knowledge Assessment: Demonstrate your understanding of Reconnective Healing and Personal Reconnection through a series of questions.
- Video Presentation Prep: Prepare a video presentation to be reviewed by the director.

Mentor Training Level II - Group Sessions via ZOOM:

This level consists of five group meetings, each 1.5 hours long, designed to build your skills and knowledge in a collaborative environment:

- Week 1 (October 9, 2024, 20.00pm CET): Introduction to the role of a Mentor, FAQs role play, and developing a new mindset.
- Week 2 (October 16, 2024, 20.00pm CET): Mastering correct RH wording, key concepts, debriefing tutorials, and rubric review.
- Week 3 (October 23, 2024, 20.00pm CET): Exploring RH Science, including key experiments and scientific resources.
- Week 4 (October 29, 2024, 20.00pm CET): Addressing practitioner doubts, team motivation, and financial aspects of The Reconnection.
- Week 5 (November 6, 2024, 20.00pm CET): Reviewing TR concepts, public speaking, and organizing effective presentations.

Mentor Training Level III - Advanced Group Sessions via ZOOM:

This final level will be a live weekend event, dates to be announced soon for both Europe and the USA. Graduates of Level II will complete their certification through this immersive experience:

- In-Person Presentation Skills: Learn to organize, promote, deliver, and follow up on presentations.
- Role-Playing: Engage in practical scenarios to refine your mentoring skills.
- Case Stories: Solve real-world problems faced by practitioners.
- Personal Reconnection Demonstration: Master the lines and points of Personal Reconnection.
- Leadership Development: Cultivate your teaching skills and build a practitioner's community to become a leader in your area.
