Badgers: is it all that black and white?
*IMPORTANT: please note different day of the week and venue to previous Wildlife Exchange Sessions!
For our next Wildlife Exchange Session we're excited to be joined by Helen Bradshaw from Wirral and Cheshire Badger Group.
Join us as we delve into the fascinating world of badger biology. We'll be finding out how to recognise the signs that badgers leave behind and learn how to accurately record this information to help towards the understanding and protection of our local badgers. We'll also be taking a look at the legislation surrounding badgers and find out how the badger group are championing the protection of this charismatic species across the county. There will also be some cute camera trap footage involved, as well as plenty of time for questions and discussion.
What's more, free hot drinks and biscuits will be provided!
This event is aimed at adults, however sensible older children are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Accessibility: The Community Hall is on the first floor of the building and can be accessed via stairs or a lift. Please let us know prior to the session if you have any access needs or other relevant additional needs.
The session is hosted by RECORD. To hear about upcoming events, you can also sign up to the RECORD mailing list here.
