About this gathering

Hustling, rushing, scrolling, never stopping. For many of us, busyness isn't just a habit, it's an addiction. In this conversation, Wendy explores how the relentless pace of modern life functions as a genuine addiction, checking all the same boxes as any other, and what it might mean to slow down, come back to the body, and find a different way to live.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Wendy Harris to our community for what promises to be a truly special conversation.

Recovery Reimagined workshops and community gatherings are educational and recovery-supportive spaces. They are designed to complement, rather than replace, professional mental health care, therapy, treatment or an individual's existing recovery program. Personal reflection and questions are welcome, but participation does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship with Recovery Reimagined or a guest presenter.
