About the workshop
What happens when we move beyond understanding ourselves intellectually and begin paying attention to how we experience ourselves through the body?
In this three-hour experiential workshop, Donna Martin will guide participants through Presence, Play, and Possibility, three stages of her approach to exploring our relationship with ourselves.
Through body-centered awareness and experiential relational practices, participants will have the opportunity to explore these ideas directly, notice what emerges in their own experience, and become curious about new ways of relating to themselves.
The extended format allows more time to engage with the practices, reflect on personal experiences, and explore Donna's understanding of wholeness, resourcefulness, and inner wisdom.

Recovery Reimagined workshops and community gatherings are educational and recovery-supportive spaces. They are designed to complement, rather than replace, professional mental health care, therapy, treatment or an individual's existing recovery program. Personal reflection and questions are welcome, but participation does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship with Recovery Reimagined or a guest presenter.
