Beyond The Checkpoints - Welcome Palestinian youths visiting Redbridge

The Ilford Islamic Daycare Centre is excited to host a group of Palestinian youths and their adult leads in Redbridge on Saturday 7th February 2026 at 6.30pm at their 57-67 Albert Road site.

Please join the evening social event and hear the Palestinian visitors present their talk about their life back in Palestine. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to meet and greet with them.

As this is a youth visit from Palestine, we encourage families to attend so Redbridge teenagers can learn more about experiences of people from a similar age group in Palestine, and vice versa. It will be a great opportunity for all of us to make closer connections with the Palestinian people.

The Ilford Islamic Daycare Centre is providing a three-course delicious meal to all registrants for FREE. A £5 contribution to support CADFA's work is expected at the door.

The visit to the UK is organised by CADFA, which works to promote human rights and respect for humanitarian law in Palestine. They link people in the UK and Palestine through exchange visits, creative projects and campaigns in order to build understanding and encourage people to be active in pursuit of human rights.

Redbridge PSC is supporting the event and the work of CADFA.
