The Redlands Nonprofit Conference is a one-day event designed to strengthen the capacity, capabilities, and connections of nonprofits serving our community. Whether you’re looking to discover new resources, sharpen your skills, or connect with peers who understand the work you do every day — this event was built for you.
What to expect
- Exhibition Floor — Browse a curated floor of local and regional organizations offering real support to nonprofits: technology, legal, insurance, grant writing, bookkeeping, design, fundraising, HR, and more. Many exhibitors offer discounted or pro-bono services specifically for nonprofits. If you've ever wished you had more time to find the right tools and partners, this is that time — all in one room.
- Expert-Led Learning Sessions — Go deep on the topics that matter most right now: fundraising resilience, digital marketing on a lean budget, and navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Each of our three sessions is designed around practical, actionable takeaways you can put to work immediately.
- Peer Networking — Connection is woven into every part of the day. Start the morning meeting exhibitors and fellow attendees on the exhibition floor, continue the conversation over a catered lunch, and close the day at a relaxed reception designed for the kind of informal exchanges that lead to real relationships and lasting collaborations.

Digital Marketing That Works: Tools and Tactics for Real Impact
Most nonprofits know they should be doing more with digital marketing — the challenge is finding the time, the tools, and the right approach. This panel brings together digital marketing experts who work with mission-driven organizations to share what actually works: building a social media presence without burning out your staff or yourself, creating content that drives real engagement, measuring what’s working and adjusting your approach, leveraging the right tools for your team, and telling your organization’s story in a way that moves people to act.
No big budgets required. Just strategies you can put to work right away.

Artificial Intelligence for Nonprofits: Strategies for Confident Adoption
AI is moving fast — and for many nonprofits, that can feel more overwhelming than exciting. This session cuts through the noise with a practical, nonprofit-focused introduction to the AI landscape. You’ll leave with a clear picture of what tools are available, how to evaluate them for your organization’s needs, where AI can have the most meaningful impact on your work, and how to lead your organization’s adoption with confidence — so your entire team can move forward together.
Whether you’re just getting started or already using AI every day, this session meets you where you are.
