Redshift Natural Rhythm

Step into a powerful evening of movement, connection, and inner alignment with Redshift Natural Rhythm, an immersive ecstatic dance experience designed to guide you back to your natural state.

This journey begins with a sacred cacao ceremony, gently opening the heart and setting collective intention. From here, we move into guided breathwork, awakening energy within the body and releasing stored tension. As the rhythm builds, you’ll be invited into a 2-hour musical journey, flowing through a wide spectrum of genres, from grounding, downtempo sounds to uplifting house and expressive drum & bass, allowing you to move freely, express fully, and reconnect with yourself.

The experience gradually softens into a guided meditation and integration, helping you land, reflect, and absorb the energy of the evening.

This is a safe, sober, and welcoming space for all, no shoes, no talking on the dancefloor, no judgement, just pure presence and expression.

What to expect: • Sacred cacao to open the heart
• Guided breathwork to awaken energy
• Ecstatic dance journey (multi-genre DJ set)
• Meditation and integration

Amrutham Cacao:
Feeling blessed to be teaming up with Amrutham Gamaya for this event.

I will be offering their sacred ceremonial cacao part of this ceremony,
Born from the sacred soils of Ecuador’s coastal Esmeraldas region, this cacao carries the ancestral lineage of Nacional, one of the world’s oldest and most revered cacao varietals. With roots stretching back thousands of years to the first cacao cultivators of the Upper Amazon, Nacional is more than a bean — it is a bridge between the ancient and the present, between the Earth and the heart.
