#SheBelongs The Movie: Special Screening at Washington International School

We took an incredible team of 22 refugee and non-refugee young women footballers to the 2023 Women's World Cup in New Zealand. And these amazing young ladies took with them the vital and urgent message of our growing movement, #SheBelongs:

Every Girl | Every Opportunity | Everywhere

This special screening is our SECOND event in our nation's capital. Come connect with your awesome DMV community of refugee and non-refugee humans to support the globally displaced, stand up for gender and racial equity, and embrace the transformative power of the beautiful game of soccer/football. 

AND...this event is a significant moment to solidify and celebrate the formation of the #SheBelongs DC Team, led by local General Manager, ShaJuan Underwood, who will join us the 2025 Global Cup in Madrid, Spain.

The adventures and bonds that this inaugural team created are special. And you won't believe the amazing people they meet on their journey. Get the chance to meet a couple of these amazing players at the event!
