Refuge Widowers Conference - Serve Team Application

As Refuge Widowers prepares to host the first conference ever created exclusively for widowers, we are assembling a serve team of men who can help "tear off the roof" and help this gathering of widowers get to the feet of Jesus, with care and intentionality.

Because this is a space designed specifically for widowers, the serve team will also be made up of men. This helps us preserve the kind of environment that allows widowers to be open, understood, and supported without hesitation.

Serving at this conference is not about filling a role. It is about helping create an environment where men feel seen, welcomed, and able to take a step forward.

Some who serve may be widowers themselves. Others may simply have a heart to support these men and the mission of Refuge Widowers. In either case, what matters most is a willingness to serve with the hope of Heaven in our hearts, humility and respect for the weight of what these attendees are carrying.

You can expect to serve in practical ways throughout the event while also having moments to sit in, listen, and be part of what God is doing in the room.

This is a historic moment for Refuge Widowers and for the men it exists to serve.
