SP Energy Networks Community Energy in Action site visit

Join SP Energy Networks, Regen and Community Energy Scotland for a visit to the Fort, Seafield and Wallacetown Community Association renewable energy projects on 7 October.

This event will showcase successful community-owned solar PV projects that are generating clean energy while creating long-term community benefit. 

You will: 

• Enjoy a facilitated site tour with the project team 
• Hear about their development journey, key lessons learned and the challenges and opportunities involved in delivering a community energy project
• Take part in a structured Q&A, providing an opportunity to connect with SP Energy Networks staff
• Share experiences with peers and explore how similarly successful projects can be replicated in other communities.

The walking tour will begin in Wallacetown.

Please note that places for the site visit are limited. We are initially restricting attendance to one person per organisation, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
