Gay Wardle is one of Australia’s most respected and influential skin educators, with a career spanning more than 40 years in the aesthetics and dermal therapy industry. A multi-award-winning leader, she has been inducted into both the ABIA Hall of Fame and the Reed Exhibition Hall of Fame and is the recipient of the prestigious ABIA Educator of the Year award.

Across her long and accomplished career, Gay has educated and mentored over 1,000 students throughout Australia and internationally, shaping the skills, confidence, and clinical excellence of therapists, dermal clinicians, nurses, and future industry leaders.

Known for her deep passion for skin science, her teaching brings together decades of clinical experience, a profound understanding of skin cell biology, and an unwavering commitment to elevating standards in the industry. She specialises in transforming complex skin science into practical, clinic-ready knowledge that empowers professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Gay is also a respected mentor to clinic owners and therapists, supporting them in building successful businesses, improving treatment outcomes, and navigating the continually evolving landscape of aesthetic, dermal, and device-based technologies.

Her commitment to driving industry standards has led to her appointment to the Board of the Australian Dermal Clinicians Society, where she contributes her knowledge, leadership, and vision to support the growth and recognition of the dermal profession across Australia

Isabella Loneragan is highly regarded as one of Australasia’s foremost skin experts. Internationally accredited, multi-award-winning, and a steadfast champion of touch-based skin therapy, Isabella is the CEO and Founder of @skinformeacademy. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Health Science & Psychology, with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Dermal Science. With a vision to elevate facial massage education by teaching hands-on techniques and aesthetic business mastery to empower professionals – from seasoned experts to aspiring beginners – The Skinformé Academy includes two clear certification pathways, as well as a range of single courses

Dr Donna Marcal, co-founder of @dermatonics_skincare , has her PhD in Biochemistry (University of Ottawa, Canada). The focus of her research has been centred on inflammation and macrophages, publishing in the areas of biomaterials research and atherosclerosis. Her research awarded her fellowships from the Canadian and Australian governments to continue her work here in Australia. Switching from academia, Dr Marcal and her husband began developing formulas to launch their brand Dermatonics in 2016, centring their formulas around addressing inflammation and tissue regeneration. 

Donna’s passion is around formulating products that will drive results for clients, while being gentle on the skin, always focusing on underlying inflammation and tissue repair. She is dedicated to working with each of her clinic partners, helping them achieve the best results possible with their clients and their business.

Emelly Simons is an empowering business consultant in the cosmetic industry, Founder of @thecosmeticindustrycoach , COM.MU.NI.TEE Creative Workshops, and co-founder of @theqsuites With 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Emelly is passionate about helping passionate women build businesses they love, blending strategy and self to achieve a life they adore.Her career spans from Beauty Therapist to respected educator and regional sales manager overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios for leading Australian skin brands. Regional Long Lunch Starts at 9 am Sharp

What is the dress code?
Smart casual attire is recommended, maybe with a splash of purple, our brand colour.

Will there be parking available?
Yes, ample parking is available at the venue.

Can I bring a colleague?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring team members. Each attendee requires a ticket.

Are meals provided?
Yes, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and refreshments are included

Conditions of Ticket Purchase

• Only clinic owners and therapists working solo or in a clinic are eligible to enter the draw for the Lucky Door Prize, in two categories: Clinic Owner or Therapist.
• Sponsors & Staff, Brand Company BDM, Educators, Product Company Employees, and Coaches / Mentors are ineligible to enter the lucky door prizes.
• Tickets are non-refundable.

The Major Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash & must be claimed in person at the event.

We may change the Event, including but not limited to:

a) Changing the duration 
 .

b) moving the venue to another place in the same state.

c) Postpone the event due to circumstances out of our control, eg, Weather events, Airline Flight cancellations or changes that prevent our guest speakers from being able to get to the event, road closures,

d) Changing the date.

e) Your ticket will be transferable to another Regional Long Lunch event, so you can still attend
