Emelly Simons is an empowering business consultant in the cosmetic industry, Founder of @thecosmeticindustrycoach, COM.MU.NI.TEE Creative Workshops, and co-founder of @theqsuites. With 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Emelly is passionate about helping passionate women build businesses they love, blending strategy and self to achieve a life they adore. Her career spans from Beauty Therapist to respected educator and regional sales manager overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios for leading Australian skin brands. Today, she specialises in helping business owners in the cosmetic industry uncover growth opportunities and implement strategies for success—without compromising their health and wellbeing. From salon owners to Medi spas and cosmetic injectables clinics, Emelly’s no-nonsense approach, combined with her deep industry knowledge, has driven countless businesses to success.

Melissa Hodgkinson is the National Sales Manager for @circadia_aus and one of the most influential voices in leadership and client experience within the beauty and aesthetics industry. With over two decades of hands-on industry expertise, Melissa brings a unique blend of strategic sales mastery, emotional intelligence, and behaviour-based communication training to every stage and every room she steps into. A certified Master NLP Practitioner with advanced qualifications in DISC Profiling, High-Performing Team Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence, Melissa has trained and mentored hundreds of beauty business owners, clinic leaders, and sales teams across Australia and New Zealand. Her approach is elegant, deeply human, and fiercely results-driven, helping women build confidence, elevate their sales performance, and create team cultures that thrive. In her national role at Circadia.

JadeStart are a multi-award-winning, international business coaching and consulting firm with an attached marketing agency. They work exclusively in the beauty and aesthetics industries and help beauty and aesthetic businesses grow to be multiple 6 and 7-figure businesses without burning out.
Founded in 2015 by Jade Spehr, JadeStart is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Jade & Aaron Spehr and has worked with over a thousand beauty businesses across 15 countries around the world, helping them generate tens of millions of dollars of additional revenue through their 1:1 and online group coaching programs.
Jade is a qualified lawyer, an undergraduate accountant and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, providing business coaching to seven and eight-figure businesses and turning distressed businesses around.
Aaron Spehr is a business strategist with a Master's in Business, and is the founder of two internationally recognised businesses, including sales coaching and eCommerce.

Jade and Aaron's reputation for going above and beyond for their members has created a tight-knit community of thriving beauty business owners. Jade and Aaron live in Queensland, Australia, and when they are not helping beauty business owners, you can find them spending time on the beach with their four-year-old son and two-year-old daughter.

What is the dress code?
Smart casual attire is recommended, with a possible touch of purple, our brand colour.
Will there be parking available?
Yes, ample parking is available at the venue.
Can I bring a colleague?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring team members. Each attendee requires a ticket.
Are meals provided?
Yes, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, and refreshments are included
Conditions of Ticket Purchase
- Only clinic owners and therapists working solo or in a clinic are eligible to enter the draw for the Lucky Door Prize, in two categories: Clinic Owner or Therapist.
- Sponsors & Staff, Brand Company BDM, Educators, Product Company Employees, and Coaches / Mentors are ineligible to enter the lucky door prizes.
- Brand Company BDM, Educators, Product Company Employees, and Coaches / Mentors need to purchase an Industry Experience Ticket
- Tickets are non-refundable.
The Major Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash & must be claimed in person at the event.
We may change the Event, including but not limited to:
a) Changing the duration
.
b) moving the venue to another place in the same state.
c) Postpone the event due to circumstances out of our control, eg, Weather events, Airline Flight cancellations or changes that prevent our guest speakers from being able to get to the event, or road closures.
d) Changing the date.
e) Your ticket will be transferable to another Regional Long Lunch event, so you can still attend
