All great adventures start with a journey… so, ‘All aboard’ the Christmas Express to transport you into an immersive adventure that will capture the imagination of big and little human folk alike, whatever the weather - with lots more cover and indoor areas! With new Reindeer Meets and Talks, explore the streets of our fun packed Christmas Town, help the Elves build toys in their new Toy Workshop, take your seats for our all NEW Theatre Show and enjoy Crafts, Festive Food and drinks, Mulled Wine, Toast Marshmallows and much more. Then visit the big man himself in his stunning grotto, one family at a time - with a gift for every child! And there's lots of photo opportunities along the way,... perfect for the Christmas album!

So you've got lots to do already included in your visit, entry tickets include access to all displays and Stage Shows, toy making in the Toy Workshop, Reindeer displays and talks, Play area, Character performances, Santa's Grotto visit with gift for every child, along with free parking for one car*. Food, drinks, Toasted Marshmallows, VR Sleigh Ride, souvenir photographs and other retail items are optional and not included in the ticket price, but they can be purchased separately on the day of your visit.

• *Please book your TICKET size per arriving vehicle so we can allocate a parking space accordingly (one space per ticket). Multiple tickets can be completed on the same booking session, so if travelling in more than one car please book a separate ticket for the occupants of each vehicle.

• Visits are expected to last up to 2 1/2 hours, ending with your visit to Santa's Grotto. 

• Children 2 and under are FREE to attend and do not count towards entry ticket numbers.
