Join us at Bow Market for a full weekend of Oktoberfest celebrations September 11–13, 2026.

We’re stretching the lederhosen across THREE DAYS this year, with competitions, live music, games, beer, pretzels, and plenty of reasons to raise a stein.

FRIDAY — STEIN HOLDING 🍺🏆
We’re kicking off Oktoberfest with our annual Stein Holding Competition, now with separate Damen & Herren divisions.Last year we put everyone in the same competition. This year, by popular demand, we’re splitting things up and finding out who can hold a full stein the longest in each division.Come compete, cheer on your friends, and witness the ancient German tradition of watching your pals suffer for glory.

SATURDAY — FEST ALL DAY 🎺
Saturday is for live music, Oktoberfest games, and settling in for the long haul.Grab a pretzel. Grab a Fest Lager. Challenge your friends to a game. Dance to some live music. Repeat as necessary.

SUNDAY — LEDERHOSEN LAGER RUN 🏃🍺
End the weekend the only reasonable way: running between breweries.Our Lederhosen Lager Run takes you through the Somerville brewery scene before bringing everyone back to Bow Market for the grand finale: beer, pretzels, and a well-earned celebration.

Sunday, September 13th | 21+ ONLY (no kids, no underage folks, please) You must bring your ID & form of payment (all locations accept apple pay). Ticket price includes a beer & baked potato post-run (from our pals @ Saus). Beverages from the stops along the way are optional and up to your discretion. 

11:00am — Lederhosen Lager Run Check-in Begins in the courtyard @ Bow Market
12:00pm — Run kicks off!
• First stop: Satellite
• Second stop: Lamplighter (Broadway)
• Third stop: Portico Brewing
• Final stop: Back to Bow Market to celebrate!
