Renaissance One is an independent arts company that curates, produces and programmes literature, arts and culture. They have consistently pushed for greater diversity in the arts with a particular focus on narratives of race, culture and intersectionality. For over two decades they have worked and collaborated with writers and artists including Bernardine Evaristo, Amiri Baraka, Jackie Kay, Caryl Phillips, Paul Beatty, the late Jean ‘Binta’ Breeze, Benjamin Zephaniah and Michael Donaghy, Anthony Joseph, Grace Nichols, John Agard, Jason Allen-Paisant, Stacy Makishi,  Seni Seneviratne, Gary Younge, Hannah Lowe and more.  They present shows, festivals, education projects and social events that showcase the best in the multiculturalism of Britain and the arts that its diverse communities produce.
