Description
We had SO much fun last year -- let's do it again!
Come Join us for a happy hour connecting & celebrating women farmers, chefs, entrepreneurs, educators and eaters planting seeds of resilience and smashing the patriarchy!
By setting the table for this informal setting to bring together women-identifying and non-binary people who share a passion for all aspects for the food system, we want to collaboratively cultivate hope, ideas, innovation and challenge each other.
Meet, network, savor each other's company and share a lovely late summer evening.
All welcome. You do not need to be a member or involved with Culinary Ladies Collective or Soil Sisters/Renewing the Countryside -- come learn, meet & connect!
And BONUS: all attendees receive a free copy of TWO Books while supplies last:
1) Farmstead Chef, co-authored by Lisa Kivirist & John Ivanko with seasonal, local favorite recipes from Inn Serendipity Farm ($19.99 value)

Culinary Ladies Collective is a network of professional female/femme chefs, cooks, food and beverage producers, growers and artisans located throughout Wisconsin. We are committed to serving our communities through mentor-ship, volunteer outreach, education, fundraising and advocacy. We collaborate not only among ourselves, but with other community-minded organizations. Our contributions to these groups meet our goal of empowering womxn who have chosen to join the culinary community, or who are considering stepping onto the culinary path. Through regular meetings, we nourish ourselves in body and spirit. We are a group who respects food, how it’s grown, where it’s raised and who is growing it. Most of all we are united; a collective of womxn which honors and values the culinary industry to which we have chosen to contribute our talent and grit.
Soil Sisters is an award-winning project of the non-profit Renewing the Countryside, bringing together women championing local food, community building, sustainable and organic agriculture and vibrant rural communities for collaboration, networking and cooking up change. The founding Soil Sisters in southern Wisconsin started over 15 years ago and organize a variety of educational workshops, potlucks and gatherings.
