Join the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina (Foundation) for a Lunch & Learn exploring RTP 3.0— the Park's long-range vision and recently approved land use framework designed to support continued innovation, economic growth and investment. This session will provide a detailed discussion of RTP 3.0’s new development opportunities now available, including enhanced Corporate Campus, Residential Neighborhood Development and Mixed-Use Node pathways.

This session will also guide attendees through RTP 3.0’s approval processes for these new types of development.

Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how RTP 3.0 creates new options for landowners, companies and developers, while advancing a more connected and vibrant innovation community.
