Renewable Resilience: Transitioning through Uncertainty

Our Summit this year is about “shock-events”, those that test the "renewable resilience" of an organisation against their current operational capabilities, when responding to a significant disruption. This event will be in a workshop format, supported by speakers and subject matter experts (SMEs), as follows:

  • 09:10 hrs – Introduction and scene setting for the day by Steve Yates, Resilience Association Chairman
  • 09:20 hrs – Opening key speaker on “Renewable Resilience” by Peter Power, Resilience Association Vice-Chairman
  • 09:30 hrs – Phase one of the workshop – Defining potential courses of action for industry, with teams working together
  • 10:30 hrs – Break for Refreshments
  • 11:00 hrs – Re-Start; with teams feedback to the room led by Dr Aaron Gracey, Resilience Association Vice-Chairman
  • 11:45 hrs – SME Panel – Led by Mike Osborne of Governance Assured & Twm Palmer of Saga plc
  • 12:30 hrs – Lunch  / Networking / Sponsor Stands
  • 13:30 hrs – Post lunch speaker on Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) by Terry Carr of LINX
  • 14:00 hrs – Phase two of the workshop – Work up SWOT analysis of key CNI / Business areas, with teams working together
