Tackling Poverty with Data Training

This session will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Joining link will be shared a week before the session

Tackling Poverty with Data training session will provide an understanding of what data tell us about poverty in the UK, how to find this data and how to use it to build effective responses to poverty.

Who is this training for

• This training is for professionals working in VCFSE organisations based in the City of Manchester

What you will learn 

• The importance of data in designing responses to poverty
• Recent UK poverty trends, and what data tells us about how poverty affects different groups of people
• The tools we can use to gather and interpret poverty data and support people in poverty

Cost:

• This training is free to attend and funded by Insight and Manchester City Council.

Additional Information

• There will be discussions, and time for question
• We will take regular breaks during the session including a lunch break around 12:00/12:30
• We will share additional resources following the session
